Cafiza Powder – Espresso Machine Cleaner
Cafiza Powder is a powerful cleaning agent designed to remove coffee residue and oils from espresso machine groupheads, valves, and lines, ensuring consistent and even extraction. Additionally, Cafiza can be used to create a soaking solution for cleaning portafilters, baskets, screens, and other machine parts. Formulated with the perfect balance of solubility and foaming, Cafiza is odorless and comes in a 566 g (20 oz) jar.
For effective backflushing, simply add up to 1/2 teaspoon of Cafiza Powder to a blind filter and run the brew cycle in intervals. For cleaning parts and accessories, create a soaking solution using 6 g of powder per liter of hot water and allow the parts to soak for 30 minutes before rinsing with fresh water. Regular use of Cafiza Powder helps maintain your espresso machine in optimal condition.
