Warranty Coverage
New Machines
All new ECM and Profitec machines come with 3 years of parts and labour warranty through Soave Distributing Ltd. This includes 1 year of manufacturer’s warranty plus 2 years of extended warranty coverage.
Refurbished Machines
Refurbished machines include 6 months of parts and labour warranty through us.
What’s Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:
- Regular maintenance
- Normal wear and tear items (such as group gaskets)
- Damage caused by user error
- Shipping costs to and from our repair facility
Making a Warranty Claim
To make a claim, contact us within three years of your purchase date (or six months for refurbished machines). A technician in our repair shop will assess your machine to determine if the issue is covered under warranty.
