 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Soave had previously rebuilt our espresso machine and grinder and they are outstanding technicians, our 12 year old machines came back like new.

Since then I purchased my wife a brand new espresso machine for Christmas and unfortunately a small pump was defective. Volker, one of the owners insisted on servicing the machine on Boxing Day. He took it to the shop, replaced the pump, delivered it late that afternoon and then gave a full on site demonstration on how to make great coffee!

This is the best service I have ever received for anything so Volker and Soave have earned the biggest thank you ever!!

Pricing was fair and I'm glad that they stock OEM components, which can otherwise be really challenging to source from a Canadian distributor. Communication over email was prompt and responsive, and Volker was pleasant to chat with at the shop.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. 6 out of 5 stars.  No regrets after taking my espresso machine in to Louie and Volker for some work. On my way out the door I overheard Volker talking to it: "I'm gonna give you an engine low to the ground... extra thick oil pan to cut the wind from underneath you. It'll give you thirty or forty more horsepower. I'm gonna give you a fuel line that'll hold an extra gallon of gas. I'm gonna shave half an inch off you and shape you like a bullet. I'll get you primed, painted and weighed, and you'll be ready to go out on that racetrack. Hear me? You're gonna be perfect."
